Pet Drop-Off

Because we are a walk-in vet clinic that provides quality veterinary care (and our rates are affordable), our wait times can be unpredictable.  Our wait times can range from 30 minutes up to 2 hours. 

For your convenience, our $25 exam fee now includes pet drop-off at no extra charge! The drop-off option allows our clients to avoid any prolonged wait time and go about your day while your pet(s) receive the best veterinary care in Jacksonville.  To be eligible, your pet must be able to handle being away from you (read: laid back animal).

Drop-offs beyond these hours may be accomidated with prior approval and on a case by case basis.

All drop off patients will be taken care of and treated, even if it is beyond the normal business hours.

Certain pets will not quality for pet drop-off including, but not limited to:

• Very sick animals that are not stable, or potentially contagious
• Severe anxiety or aggression 
• Stressed when not around owner

Similar to boarding, drop off pets must be current on required DA2PP, Leptospirosis, Canine Bordetella, Canine Influenza, and Rabies vaccines as well as proof of negative fecal and heartworm test.

Normandy Animal Hospital reserves the right to decline a pet from the drop-off option if it does not see fit for any reason.
